Guttation:

1) Occurs through Hydrothodes.

2)Water is not pure. 

3)Occurs mostly in herbaceous plants.

4)it occur due to root pressure.

5)Water come out in the form of liquid water droplets.

Structure of Hydrathodes.

Transpiration:

1) Occurs though stomata and cuticle

2) Water loss in vapour form.

3)Water is pure.

4) Occurs in all plants.

5) it occurrs due to transpiration pool and root pressure is not involved.
